    Enumeration of values for whether a database column can be resized. This determines whether the length and scale properties can be set for this column type.

    TODO P2 - this object can be merged together with the ColumnSizing enum. The functionality is now duplicated partly.

      LENGTH_AND_SCALE
      Both length and scale properties can be set.
      LENGTH_ONLY
      Length can be set but scale cannot.
      NOT_ALLOWED
      Length and scale should not be set.

      DIF does not understand this column type so it should not be changed.
