    • The Ctrl+2 cleaning centralized the molecule.

    • When a system level setting was overridden by a non default value, then the default value could not be reapplied.

MarvinGUI

    • Pop -up dialogues did not work on Mac.

    • Typing in the Insert Abbreviated Group window's textbox froze the application.
