Reactor desktop application can run chemically feasible virtual reactions with predefined reaction scheme and unique reactants.

  1. Start Reactor application by double-clicking on the Reactor icon images/www.chemaxon.com/jchem/doc/user/Reactor_files/reactor.png on your Desktop.

  2. Reactor wizard-like GUI will open.

  3. Find tips and follow the steps of Reactor GUI.
    Reactor GUI consists of four windows to set and configure the virtual reaction to be performed.
