Colors MS

The View >Colors submenu allows you to specify the color scheme of the molecules. The available options are:

  • Monochrome

  • CPK

  • Shapely - based on RasMol's shapely color scheme for nucleic and amino acids

  • Group - based on PDB residue numbers

  • Atom Set
